A product doesn't fit right or you don't like it anymore and you want to send it back? No problem, you have 14 days after delivery to place your order:
- Send it back and get your money back
- To be exchanged for a new item
- Send back and receive a voucher
1. Return costs
For you, fall within Germany no Return costs to.
You will receive a label from us by email, which you just have to print out and stick on the shipping bag or package. So make sure to keep the original packaging.
Possibilities throughout Germany:
To make the returns process as easy as possible for you, just follow these steps:
Go to our returns portal:
- Search for your order using your order number and your email address.
- Select the item (s) and the reason for your return.
- Confirm your personal details.
- Download the label, print it out and stick the label on your package. Please note that it is a prepaid return label so that you can hand it in at a post office of your choice.
- Bring your package to a post office of your choice.
- Please remember to keep your postal receipt until you are refunded in case your return is lost on the way back to us. Only in this way can DHL reimburse the amount.
Hand in your parcel in a parcel shop of your choice. Please keep the receipt until you have received the refund. Please send your package back insured. If your package is lost on the way to us, you will get a refund from the shipping service provider. Unfortunately, we cannot reimburse lost shipments!

Please make sure that the items you want to return are returned to us in perfect condition and without any signs of use. Please do not remove any labels, otherwise we cannot take the item back!
NOTE: DIRTY / WORN CLOTHING CANNOT BE REFUNDED!
We will process your return as quickly as possible. You will receive an automatic notification as soon as we refund the outstanding amount using the payment method you used. To see whether your return has arrived, please use the tracking number that you received when you posted your parcel. If you have not received a notification from us after 14 days, please contact email@example.com.
5. Free returns with PayPal:
"Free Returns with PayPal" is a PayPal service that allows you to get a refund for your PayPal return shipping costs. You have to submit the receipt of the return shipment to PayPal. Of course, the service can only be used if you have paid with PayPal. We cannot provide support here, as everything takes place in your PayPal account.
